Privacy policy

Last updated 11 July 2026

This policy explains how Kloudmorph, LLC (“Kloudmorph,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data in connection with the website at kloudmorph.io and any email you send us. We keep it deliberately short because this is a marketing site: it has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no shopping cart, and no advertising trackers. The most personal data we ever hold about you is the email you chose to send.

Who we are

Kloudmorph, LLC is a United States limited liability company operating a senior cloud-architecture practice. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, email legal@kloudmorph.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email an address at kloudmorph.com (for example ceo@kloudmorph.com), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever is in your message. We only get this because you chose to send it.
  • Technical and security data. Like any website, ours is served through a content-delivery and security network (Cloudflare). To route requests and block abuse, that network processes your IP address, browser user-agent, and the pages requested. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.
  • Aggregate analytics. When analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate figures (page views, referrers, country, device class). It does not set a cookie, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not buy data about you, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children under 16. This site is not directed to children.

Why we use it, and our legal bases

  • To respond to you and, if it becomes a fit, to scope and deliver an engagement — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
  • To keep the site secure and available and to prevent abuse — our legitimate interests, and legal obligation where applicable.
  • To understand aggregate traffic so we can improve the site — our legitimate interests, using data that is not personally identifying.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may store a small preference locally (your light/dark theme choice) — that stays on your device and is never sent to us. The security network may set strictly-necessary cookies to protect the site. The full detail is in our cookie policy.

Who processes data on our behalf

Cloudflare, Inc. provides our hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless analytics. Email sent to @kloudmorph.com is received on mail infrastructure that Kloudmorph operates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as long as we have a legitimate or legal reason to (for example, records of a completed engagement). Security and network logs are short-lived and are retained by our security provider on a rolling basis. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data. Ask us at legal@kloudmorph.com and we will delete correspondence we are not required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. These rights come from laws including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). Because we do not sell or share personal data and serve no targeted advertising, several CCPA rights (such as the right to opt out of sale) do not apply — there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email legal@kloudmorph.com; we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

Kloudmorph is based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so data you send us is processed in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of individuals in the EU, UK, or similar jurisdictions is transferred, our providers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

The site is static and served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold, and we keep the attack surface small by design. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please do not send secrets or sensitive personal data by email. To report a security concern, email security@kloudmorph.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, make the update prominent. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
